I was in need of getting a section of my chain link fence repaired after a tree fell on it. I reviewed a couple businesses and decided on Chamblee Fence Company. I called and talked to a very responsive receptionist who said I’d receive a call back shortly. I did, and sent photos of fence and a representative came by the next day to assess. CFC did a great job on our pool fence. The Sales Rep came the day after we called to give us an estimate. They were very competitive and clearly provided the best value. We selected an upgrade from the aluminum fence for greater strength and security. There were several areas around the pool where the ground was uneven. CFC's installers were able to make the transitions look very natural. We're very pleased to have had CFC install our fence.

We even sat on the quote for a couple of months and finally decided to go head at the start of the year. Chamblee team was able to get us scheduled first week of this year. My wife and I live in the Decatur, Georgia, Emory University area and when we decided we needed to have a new fence installed we found Chamblee Fence Company by searching online via Google. We are happy we found them. They had over 625 reviews and have been in business for 66+ years. From the initial call we made into their office and showroom in Norcross, Georgia on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, all the way through the final installation, they were 1st class.

Their customer service personnel, Kamie and Chris, were friendly and efficient. They put me on the initial appointment schedule quickly. We received text and email reminders of that appointment with their project manager, Brad Sears. Brad is nice, experienced and professional. He walked us through exactly what we could do with our yard from a fence standpoint. We were deciding between a cedar or pine wood and he explained the difference thoroughly. His quotation was easy to read and the pricing was competitive.

Their install crew did a great job and when we discovered a mistake had been made with the cedar wood fence we chose, they came out and fixed it quickly. The installation crew members were all very friendly and professional, they apologized for the error and repaired it properly.

Robert Womac came out to the house in a day or tow, measured the panels and gate that needed to be replaced. The fence is now a special order so it took 4 or 5 weeks to arrive. They were so precise, measuring each board length and measuring the distance between boards before nailing them up. Even my neighbors commented on how professionally my installers worked. And they cleaned up after themselves! I love the latch on my gate. I was having to lift up my gate with my foot in order to open the latch on my old fence. The new one works smoothly and quietly. I wanted to update my original post. After speaking with the owner about my concerns, I will say my opinion has changed. This is a top notch company who takes the criticism and sees what they can do to make it better. He ackowledged that the "Store hours" posted can be a little misleading. For a single person coming to get a few supplies the Material Sales only go from 8 - 3:30. The office hours are 8 - 5 but he understands why that can be confusing since that is what the website banner reflects.
All in all a much more positive experience this time around. I came and got the pickets I needed to finish my project.

At time of sale, it appears that there was not on site communication with Robert so that we could have avoided the changes. This centered on the height of the fence by the pool. The issue was 100% rectified by Robert working with Ellen to make sure she was completely satisfied.

Chamblee fence co. did a great job replacing my old split rail fence. The crew worked very hard to get it done in one day. It was too late for clean up but crew returned early next morning before we were even up to clean up all the areas. I would recommend chamblee fence to anyone who needs a fence. We had a fence installed with a gate for our driveway. With the total price we assumed these would be well trained employees, but these are subcontractors. We moved forward regardless and initially the installation looked great. Now we’re a year in and have seen multiple issues. Parts that were not installed properly and instability of our gate. When called to address these issues they said this would be considered “wear and tear” and would charge us $250 for the first hour, $60 for each additional hour, cost of supplies, and cover travel time since our issues are considered non-warranty items. After spending thousands of dollars, we’re disappointed in how this was handled.

We recently had our fence replaced and the team at Chamblee Fence did a great job! Brad was very helpful getting the project planned and keeping things moving forward as we had other projects going on at the same time that the fence had to wait on. Because I recently adopted a large, loud, easily distracted, and nosy big dog, I needed a tall privacy fence around my big backyard. The installer team from Chamblee Fence Company showed up early on the designated day, worked steadily all day, and finished the job before dark. They left my yard much cleaner and neater than it was when they arrived. The new fence was installed exactly like I wanted it, including two gates that I can easily keep locked with padlocks. I can let my dog out into my yard anytime she asks to go outside without having to worry about her escaping through my very old previous fence. Wonderful experience with Chamblee fence! We had Brad come out to look over the site within 1-2 days of initial call, he provided valuable considerations keeping mind our current landscaping, ease of use, and safety… and were able to squeeze us in earlier than the date they projected. We contacted 6 companies to install a chain link fence because we were getting s puppy in a couple of weeks. One company tried to do so remotely from far away, another promised to call and make an appointment- and never did. Never heard from 3 others. We hoped to have the job done id 2 weeks.
Vey professionally, Chamblee fence contacted us, made an appointment- which they not only honored but on the scheduled day, asked if they could come a little early. The person walked the job and gave a quote the same day that was very agreeable. After waiting a couple of days for the others to contact us we agreed to hire Chamblee Fence. Three installers showed up within our 2 week "Window" and did a wonderful job completing it within 3 hours. We hardly knew they were here! (It was 120 feet by 40 feet and 2 gates.) I highly recommend them!

We needed a wooden fence replaced and hauled away. After a couple quotes, we went with Chamblee. Their prices were competitive with the Atlanta market, but their sales guy had a better sense of our job than other companies did which is what sealed the deal for us.

We needed fencing for both our front and back yard to allow our dogs to roam without running into our neighbor's yard or into the street. The planning process was started before we had even moved into the state of Georgia, and we continued to work with the same rep (over a period of several months) from the start of the project to the very end . We had no issues working by email and phone to plan out the fence lines as well as the design and materials. Despite a very long and unexpected wait (our own oversight) for proper permitting, Chamblee worked with us to ensure the design met local ordinance requirements. When the project was completed, we noticed that the clearances for the gates were all perfect, the gates were properly braced and very sturdy, and everything was perfectly level.

Overall very good experience with getting an estimate, scheduling, and installation. They took into account a few details about the property grade that were important to the construction and were easy to work with. A minor issue with a fence slat arose after initial installation, but they took care of it within a few days.

Chamblee did an amazing job with scheduling and executing my fence project. I am very happy with Chamblee Fence. However I think due to how much rain we have gotten I am starting to notice a lot of board are bowing and warping already. It has only been about a month and I have more than a few fence panels that are bowing at the top and bottom.

I was replacing a fence for a home I bought 24months prior. Michael was our sales professional who came out for the estimate and provided a few different options and price points. I had call two other fence companies, they did not showed up when they say to do the estimate. They did not delivered the estimate when they said. Price wise Chamblee Fence, was somewhere in the price as the others but what a difference in professionalism. From day one Robert (the salesman) sent me a video presentation to introduce himself. He came when he said he would and they did everything it was offerred. You will not go wrong with them!

We wanted to match an existing aluminum fence on part of our property, and are truly happy with the results. Michael came out to measure twice, as we had a wide gate opening on a slope in our yard. Chamblee did a good job in replacing about a 100’ section of fence that was falling down. Fair price and timely installation.

Chamblee fence came and built a 6 foot privacy fence for me and a new gate with a metal frame. I looked at two other companies and opted with Chamblee because they were so much better at communicating with me in a timely fashion. The other companies I attempted to hire were terrible at getting back to me. The work done by Chamblee was also top notch, I would go as far as calling them craftsmen, the two fellows that came out were nice and I was able to talk with them some while they were working and banter some. I couldn't recommend Chamblee Fence enough they were professional all the way through, from getting the quote to having the people come out and build the fence I liked each aspect of the process.

They are NOT the cheapest but if you want ‘cheap’ go to Home Depot. This was a stick built fence for our specific needs. The workmanship and professionalism are worth the price tag.

Got about 250 linear ft. of black aluminum fencing for a part of my back yard. Wanted something that could keep the dogs in but wasn't closed off like a lumber privacy fence (we have nice views) or ugly as an chain link fence. Brad gave me quote and the final price was exactly the same. Johnny's crew came out and finished the job in one day (did not have any old fence removal), and the crews working the phones and emails were always responsive and pleasant to work with. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to get me on the schedule and they indeed met that timeline. Fence looks great and meets expectations. I would go with this company again. And if there is ever any damage (due to storms or what not) I'll be giving them a call to see what my options are.

We need about 260 ft of privacy fence built and Chamblee Fence Company quoted us close $6k but the other two quoted us close to $8k. Chamblee Fence did a great job! They were cheaper and had a faster turn around time than their competitor, offering to do it in about three weeks rather than eight. Then, I rescheduled a couple of times due to landscaping schedules changing because of the weather, and they were very accommodating. Once they did the work, they did a great job, were able to make some last minute adjustments around the new landscaping, and still did the entire job in about six hours. I highly recommend them!

We were so pleased with product and installation that we recommended to a neighbor on our street. She chose Chamblee Fence for a project much larger than our project and was thrilled with the outcome. On both projects when there was some troubleshooting required the response was quick and thorough and exceeded our expectations.

We love the fence and overall the work was great but some posts got scraped up during install and the salesman came out and spray painted it and it's a completely different color and sheen than the aluminum and it's prominent and viewable from the front of our house on the driveway. In my opinion that was not a fix and very unprofessional and ugly on our brand new expensive fence. Otherwise though we are pretty happy with how it turned out.

Please note to immediately apply carpenter bee spray on the fence. We got a couple of partial holes in our new fence. So far the carpenter bee spray we applied has kept them away.

We live on the lake, and have a tough topography pie shaped lot, we fenced the entire perimeter with a driveway gate, and now we wish we had done it years prior! 5 foot aluminum fence is not inexpensive, but lasts forever if installed correctly, and it was. Chamblee Fence was the first company I called, and were pricer than I had anticipated, but Dennis was personable and made the initial experience enjoyable. I got competing bids, some cheaper and some more expensive, but overall I felt better about Chamblee. They sent Pedro and another gentleman out, and they were able to complete the fence in 2 1/2 days to my exact specifications with no problem. They were courteous and checked with me a couple times to ensure I was satisfied with their progress along the way. Although I spent more than I intended to, it was worth the investment and experience.

We had Chamblee install a fence around 90% of our yard to keep a puppy in. We did not gate the retaining wall section. Our puppy grew bigger than expected and was able to escape on top of retaining wall so we had to have Chamblee come back to complete the yard. Ron was a great estimater. A little qualifier for why not a 5 star rating. The estimator (Dennis showed up exactly when he said) and the quote was in line with what I expected. The install was scheduled for about 2 weeks out and Dennis had set my expectations. I had read reviews about issues with installation delays. On the day of install, the manager called to indicate he had a crew problem and wanted to reschedule; however, I was already at the tenants house and had rearranged my day. Within 1 hour he had Pedro out on site and he worked tirelessly to install the fence single-handed! He was courteous and very conscientious - he did an amazing job! Very please with the final product.

I was pleased with scheduling and the installation of my fence. The installer from Chamblee Fence was courteous and helpful. Everything was done as expected. I have two gates that lock in the middle. I was told there would be a small gap, because of the hardware. I didn’t think this would bother me, but it does. I will work on getting a solution for this, otherwise, the installer did a great job.
